We are already “perfect, whole and complete” in spiritual truth and energy healing works to assist our mind, body and spirit to remember this and help it return to its natural state of balance.

What to Expect
Each session lasts for 1 hour and it will consist of an initial consultation, healing session and time for feedback and discussion. You remain fully clothed during a session and lie down or sit comfortably in a chair, if you are unable or do not feel comfortable lying down.
