COACHING

I offer coaching to help you to maximise your potential and help you turn your heart-centred dreams into reality. I work with my spirit team and yours to help bring clarity and insight to you to assist you in making choices that are right for you.

The coaching will be unique to you and the following areas may be covered if relevant to you and your situation.

Soul purpose – we will look at what your soul contract is for this lifetime, what you have chosen to learn this lifetime.

We will consider past/future lives if they will assist you right now.

We will use the laws of the universe and how you can apply them in practical ways to help you recognise what you want and how to manifest this into physical reality.

We will work towards helping you remember that you already have all the answers you seek within you and assist you in connecting to your higher self or divine soul.

Help you understand relationships, clear old patterns that no longer serve you, help you attract loving and truthful relationships.

Focus on work, help you be brave and take steps to move on from something you have outgrown or assist you to make the best of your current situation and make it work for you.

Assist you to learn how to protect and cleanse your own energy and the spaces you live & work in to allow more positive abundance into your lives.

Help you find balance and reconnect you to what brings you joy.

Creativity Coaching

The focus of this coaching is to help you recognise, access and use your creative talents in ways that bring you joy and positive abundance.

So whether you are looking for more creative ideas for your business or you already do work or hobbies where you use your creativity or dream of doing so it is a passion of mine to assist others with their creativity.

I work with my spirit team and yours to help you to use your creative talents in joyful ways.

Coaching will be unique to you and your situation; however the focus will be on helping you remove any perceived blocks to your creativity and to bring guidance, support and encouragement to you to follow the creativity of your soul.

Business Consultation

The focus of this consultation will be working with you to help you enjoy and achieve positive abundance from your business, whether you are self-employed or work for others. I will work with my spirit team and yours to bring guidance, insight and support to assist you with all your business concerns and help you to use your talents in ways that bring you joy at work.
